    Brilliant design

    Very well constructed, and spreads out about 4 ft in diameter. Finally my grandson will clean up his legos without being told over and over.

    Totally worth it

    I had purchased one of the Stuff n Sit bags for my kids' stuffed animals a couple years ago, and saw the SlideAway as a Kickstarter. It looked like the perfect solution, but I did not jump on it then. Recently I was again in search of a Lego solution, and was reminded of the SlideAway, and quickly purchased two. I love them so far. I only have two small things that were slightly disappointing. They came nicely packaged, but even though I have one full of Legos and the other full of small toys, they remain slightly curmpled. I also wish the lids had a deeper lip so that they sat on top of them more firmly. They have a tendency to flop to the side and look a little sloppy if I am not OCD about centering them. That said, I am VERY happy with the quality of the materials used, particularly for the play mat and zipper lid, and would recommend them, as well as the Stuf n Sit, to anyone. I really regret not purchasing a copule of the smaller sized SlideAways for travel, and will do that soon. I also hope they come out with a medium size!

We currently do not offer Expedited orders.  Your order may ship in multiple boxes but we try our best to limit the number of packages you receive.

You may also elect in check out to receive email or text updates so you can know where your order is each step of the way.

Creative QT will happily accept returns of any unused and undamaged product within 60 days from date of purchase for a refund or store credit. After 60 days from date of purchase, unused and undamaged product may be returned for store credit only, up to 365 days from date of purchase. Have questions? Contact us at help@creativeqt.com. 

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in the same condition as received, including original packaging. Gift Cards are non-returnable.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) including, but not limited to: 1) Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error; and/or 2) Any item that is returned more than 60 days after purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received, you will receive an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. If the return is accepted, then a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 7-14 business days for the credit to be transferred. If after 14 business days, the credit has still not posted to your account, please contact us at help@creativeqt.com. 

Gifts

If you received your Creative QT product as a gift, you may return the item(s) for a product exchange of equal or lesser value, or receive a gift card for the value of your return. Gifted items cannot be returned for a cash refund. Please send an email to help@creativeqt.com to start your return. 

Shipping 

We will provide you with a pre-paid return label at a discounted rate of $7.95 once your return request is approved. The cost of return shipping will be discounted from your final refund amount. 

Please take care when packaging your item(s) for return shipping to avoid any potential damage from occurring during transit. We are not responsible for any damage that may occur to the item(s) you return during shipping.
