How to Get the Most from Your Décor Kit
For your peace of mind, we recommend assembling and installing the decorations a day before your scheduled event. The balloons in this kit can be inflated with either air or helium. We've included straw for inflating the balloons and curling ribbon for hanging them.
It takes a few minutes to assemble each tissue paper pom-pom. To assemble: First, tie a string around the middle of the flattened tissue paper pom-pom, then open one half and gently peel back each layer of tissue paper. After both halves have been opened and all layers of tissue paper have been peeled back, use your hands to gently fluff and shape the pom-pom as you see fit. After the party's over, you can easily disassemble the pom-poms and store them for future use.
