    Finally a no fuss elderberry experience for my kids

    This was such a great buy. It was super easy to make and my fighter had a blast making the gummies. I give my kids elderberry syrup but it’s a fight every time because they hate the taste. This was the perfect solution. They love a the gummies and now it’s a no fuss experience. So happy I got this. And I can’t wait to try the other recipes in the kit.

    Only 1/2 cup of elderberries included. Not 2 cups

    Everything in the kit is good quality. My only complaint is that bag of elderberries included claims it has 2 cups of elderberries when in reality it only has 1/2 cup inside. That was just enough for making one recipe. Very disappointing.

    First time using Elderberry!

    This kit was a lot of fun and really made elderberry accessible to me in a hands on way. It’s of the highest value of you plan to use the materials in the future! Comes with a strainer and various glass bottles to save syrups.The syrup was easy to make and the gummy bears were just as simple and fun!Makes 1 large bottle of syrup with instructions to use that for many more projects. This would be great to create with kids.

    Excellent Elderberry Experience

    Awesome product! After buying elderberry juice from a local woman for awhile I had been wanting to make my own. This kit came with everything we needed to get started. Cute packaging, easy to follow step by step directions that my 9 yr old granddaughter could happily follow, and the results were delicious! It was great family time creating something together, and now we have everything we need to be able to continue making our own elderberry juice, gummies, tonics, and more. Love all of the individual containers, labels, and pieces that came in this kit. We felt like Harry Potter making potions!😊

Creative QT will happily accept returns of any unused and undamaged product within 60 days from date of purchase for a refund or store credit. After 60 days from date of purchase, unused and undamaged product may be returned for store credit only, up to 365 days from date of purchase. Have questions? Contact us at help@creativeqt.com. 

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in the same condition as received, including original packaging. Gift Cards are non-returnable.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) including, but not limited to: 1) Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error; and/or 2) Any item that is returned more than 60 days after purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received, you will receive an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. If the return is accepted, then a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 7-14 business days for the credit to be transferred. If after 14 business days, the credit has still not posted to your account, please contact us at help@creativeqt.com. 

Gifts

If you received your Creative QT product as a gift, you may return the item(s) for a product exchange of equal or lesser value, or receive a gift card for the value of your return. Gifted items cannot be returned for a cash refund. Please send an email to help@creativeqt.com to start your return. 

Shipping 

We will provide you with a pre-paid return label at a discounted rate of $7.95 once your return request is approved. The cost of return shipping will be discounted from your final refund amount. 

Please take care when packaging your item(s) for return shipping to avoid any potential damage from occurring during transit. We are not responsible for any damage that may occur to the item(s) you return during shipping.
