Return Policy

Creative QT will happily accept returns of any unused and undamaged product within 60 days from date of purchase for a refund or exchange. After 60 days from date of purchase, unused and undamaged product may be returned for a product exchange of equal or lower value, or store credit, up to 365 days from date of purchase. To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused and in the same condition as received, including original packaging. Gift Cards are non-returnable.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) including, but not limited to: 1) Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error; and/or 2) Any item that is returned more than 60 days after purchase.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received, you will receive an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. If the return is accepted, then a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 7-14 business days for the credit to be transferred. If after 14 business days, the credit has still not posted to your account, please contact us athelp@creativeqt.com

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

Items that are unused and undamaged can be exchanged for any Creative QT product at equal or lower value within 365 days of date of purchase. 

 

Gifts

If you received your Creative QT product as a gift, you may return the item(s) for a product exchange of equal or lesser value, or receive a gift card for the value of your return. Gifted items cannot be returned for a cash refund.

 

Shipping 

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning the item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. You may return the item(s) using your preferred carrier and shipping method. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping method to ensure that your package is returned quickly and undamaged. 

The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. Product availability for exchanged items may also vary. Please indicate your exchange preferences in the additional notes section when submitting your return request through the Return Center.

Please take care when packaging your item(s) for return shipping to avoid any potential damage from occurring during transit. We are not responsible for any damage that may occur to the item(s) you return during shipping.
