Return Policy

Creative QT will happily accept returns of any unused and undamaged product within 60 days from date of purchase for a refund or store credit. After 60 days from date of purchase, unused and undamaged product may be returned for store credit only, up to 365 days from date of purchase. Have questions? Contact us at help@creativeqt.com

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in the same condition as received, including original packaging. Gift Cards are non-returnable.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) including, but not limited to: 1) Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error; and/or 2) Any item that is returned more than 60 days after purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received, you will receive an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. If the return is accepted, then a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 7-14 business days for the credit to be transferred. If after 14 business days, the credit has still not posted to your account, please contact us at help@creativeqt.com

Gifts

If you received your Creative QT product as a gift, you may return the item(s) for a product exchange of equal or lesser value, or receive a gift card for the value of your return. Gifted items cannot be returned for a cash refund. Please send an email to help@creativeqt.com to start your return. 

Shipping 

We will provide you with a pre-paid return label at a discounted rate of $7.95 once your return request is approved. The cost of return shipping will be discounted from your final refund amount. 

Please take care when packaging your item(s) for return shipping to avoid any potential damage from occurring during transit. We are not responsible for any damage that may occur to the item(s) you return during shipping.
