DIY Gift Kits

Seeking help for some health issues, our founder discovered kombucha as a helpful remedy. This led him to experiment with making his own kombucha at home. The process of making his own was such a treat, that he wished he could share the hands-on process with others. He realized he could share the experience, and ta-da, the first DIY Gift Kit was born.  

DIY Gift Kits began with an idea: The best thing you can give someone is a fascinating experience. That’s what you’re giving, when you give someone a DIY Gift Kit. They get to enjoy a fun science experiment at home, making their own perfect sauce or syrup. You get the joy of knowing you gave them a present they’ll truly enjoy.

At DIY Gift Kits, we’re obsessed with quality. We assemble and package every single kit by hand, at our warehouse in Colorado. We use only the finest ingredients, sourced from long-time, local family farms. With each kit, we provide multiple recipes, so the maker has plenty of customization options.

All U.S. orders include FREE SHIPPING. 

Most orders ship within two-four days from the order date and arrive between 4-to-9 days after you place your order.

We currently do not offer Expedited orders.  Your order may ship in multiple boxes but we try our best to limit the number of packages you receive.

You may also elect in check out to receive email or text updates so you can know where your order is each step of the way.

Creative QT will happily accept returns of any unused and undamaged product within 60 days from date of purchase for a refund or store credit. After 60 days from date of purchase, unused and undamaged product may be returned for store credit only, up to 365 days from date of purchase. Have questions? Contact us at help@creativeqt.com. 

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in the same condition as received, including original packaging. Gift Cards are non-returnable.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) including, but not limited to: 1) Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error; and/or 2) Any item that is returned more than 60 days after purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received, you will receive an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. If the return is accepted, then a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 7-14 business days for the credit to be transferred. If after 14 business days, the credit has still not posted to your account, please contact us at help@creativeqt.com. 

Gifts

If you received your Creative QT product as a gift, you may return the item(s) for a product exchange of equal or lesser value, or receive a gift card for the value of your return. Gifted items cannot be returned for a cash refund. Please send an email to help@creativeqt.com to start your return. 

Shipping 

We will provide you with a pre-paid return label at a discounted rate of $7.95 once your return request is approved. The cost of return shipping will be discounted from your final refund amount. 

Please take care when packaging your item(s) for return shipping to avoid any potential damage from occurring during transit. We are not responsible for any damage that may occur to the item(s) you return during shipping.
